[Shanghai] Who's this man?

A week ago fire killed five person and injured twelve other in the explosion of bus 942 in Yangpu district, in Shanghai.
Shanghai's authorities didnt say nothing about it, but we discovered there is a man they are looking for.
The Police Autorithies are looking for him: an unidentified gaunt man about 40 years old and 1.65 meters tall.
There is an artist impression of the man (on the left). Police offered up to 50,000 yuan in reward money for information about him.
Officials haven’t released any other information about the incident, beyond a terse initial statement that the fire that resulted in the deaths and injuries appeared to have occurred because a passenger had carried flammable liquid aboard the city bus.
The suspected drawned looks Han Chinese, the country’s dominant ethnic group.
As Wall Street Journal reports, Police also noted in their appeal for information that the man seemed to be malnourished and had bad teeth–a possible sign that if he were responsible for setting the fire in a terrorist act, he was doing so as a disgruntled have-not.
Such an act wouldn’t be unprecedented in China. It’s possible it was all an accident, but many Shanghai commuters fear the worst, because local police have declined to say one way or another whether they think the bus incident was premeditated.
